Absolutely shattered. It’s all I’ve been saying and will keep saying as it’s the only way to describe how I feel. He wasn’t merely an entertainer to me, he was an alien, an anomoly, a huge talent who made me think that I was not alone in being an artistic freak who didn’t want to fit into the box. He was a legend.
Must be millions of us who feel the same
He was the soundtrack of our lives. He can’t be gone
He changed the way we viewed the world. I’m numb
